At Fiston Pop-up Restaurant, everything revolves around passion, creativity and taste. This unique pop-up restaurant, a concept by Simon De Smet and Thimothy Lefevere, brings you an experience that goes beyond a regular restaurant visit. From February 10, we would like to welcome you to the historic Walrave brewery - an exclusive location with a rich history that goes back more than 150 years. This listed setting is the perfect backdrop for a special culinary experience.
Our menu is all about enjoying together. The sharing concept offers something for everyone: meat, fish or vegetarian - everyone will find something to love here. Simon and Thimothy combine their extensive expertise with influences from all over the world. The result? Surprising international dishes that stimulate your senses and an experience you will never forget.
We are only here for a short while! Fiston is open from Monday to Friday, for both lunch and dinner. Reservations are strongly recommended, because our places are limited. This can be done by phone, email or via our social channels. So don't hesitate and secure your table, so you too can be part of this unique experience.
The entrance to the pop-up is located in Molenstraat between house numbers 23 and 25. Follow the long driveway until the end, at the sign of 'Pick-Up Walrave' and the banner of 'Fiston'.
Please park in the designated and marked parking spaces on the premises. If there are no available parking spaces, you can park across the street in the post office parking lot. Please do not block any gates or driveways and use the parking spaces as indicated.
